2Who we are
CollabFlow (primeseller.in) is an online marketplace where Instagram creators publish a profile with verified Instagram Insights, and brands find and message them. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and the choices you have. It applies to everyone who visits or uses primeseller.in, in any country.

3Instagram data we read
If you are a creator, you can connect your Instagram Business or Creator account through Meta's official Instagram API with Instagram Login. You choose to connect, and you approve it on Instagram's own screen. We request only these two permissions:

This access is read-only. CollabFlow never posts, publishes, comments, sends or reads direct messages, follows, likes or changes anything on your Instagram account, and never asks for your Instagram password (you log in on Instagram's own page). We don't read your DMs, your followers' identities or any private personal data of your audience. We only receive the aggregated numbers Instagram provides.
We refresh these numbers about once a day while you stay connected, and store a long-lived access token issued by Instagram so we can do so. You can revoke access at any time from your CollabFlow profile (Disconnect) or in Instagram: Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites.
4Other information we collect
- Creator account: name, email, password (stored only as a secure hash), WhatsApp number, category, city, bio, prices, profile photo and reel links you add.
- Brand account: contact name, brand or company name, email, password (hashed), mobile number, website, city, industry, where you sell, budget, GST number and an optional description.
- Messages: conversations between brands and creators on CollabFlow, plus reports and blocks, so the inbox works and we can stop abuse.
- Contact form: the name, email, phone and message you send us.
- Technical data: IP address and browser information in server logs, used for security and spam prevention. We use only essential cookies (to keep you logged in) and your browser's local storage (to remember which notifications you've read). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
5How we use your data
- To create and run your account and your public creator or brand profile.
- To show creators' verified Insights, reels and rates to brands, and to sort and filter the directory.
- To deliver messages between brands and creators, and to send you email notifications about new messages and account events.
- To keep CollabFlow safe: preventing spam, fraud and misuse, and enforcing our Terms.
- To answer your questions and support requests.
We use Instagram data only to display and calculate metrics on CollabFlow. We do not use it for advertising, profiling unrelated to the service, or to train AI models, and we do not transfer it to data brokers.
6What is public
A creator's profile is public once Instagram is connected. It shows name, Instagram username, profile photo, category, city, bio, follower count, Insights metrics, recent reels and rates. Email addresses are never shown. A WhatsApp number is shown only if the site's WhatsApp button is switched on and the creator hasn't hidden it. Brand details (brand name, website, city, industry, where they sell, budget) are visible only to logged-in creators. Brand email and mobile numbers are never shown to creators.
8How long we keep data
- Instagram data is kept while you stay connected. When you disconnect, remove CollabFlow in Instagram's settings, or ask us to delete it, we delete your access token and the Instagram data we stored immediately.
- Account data is kept until you delete your account. Deleting your account removes your profile, details, photos and your conversations straight away.
- Server and security logs are kept for up to 90 days. Copies in routine backups are overwritten within 30 days.
9Deleting your data
You can delete your data at any time, and we delete it on request:
- Self-service: log in and go to Edit profile (creators) or Brand account (brands), then Your data & privacy → Delete my account. Everything is deleted immediately.
- Instagram data only: click Disconnect in the Instagram section of Edit profile, or remove CollabFlow from Instagram → Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites. Instagram notifies us and we delete the data automatically.
- By email: write to sachinshakya404@gmail.com or call / WhatsApp +91 80772 07297 from your account email. We complete requests within 30 days, and usually much sooner.

10Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask to access, correct, download or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict how we use it. You can download a copy of your data yourself from Your data & privacy in your account, and correct most details directly in your profile. If you are in the EU/UK (GDPR), California (CCPA/CPRA) or India (DPDP Act 2023), these rights apply under those laws, and you may also complain to your local data-protection authority. 11Security and international transfers
We use HTTPS encryption for all traffic, store passwords only as salted hashes, limit access to stored data, and protect forms against spam and abuse. No method is 100% secure, but we work hard to protect your data and will notify affected users of a breach as required by law. Our servers may be located outside your country. When we transfer data internationally we protect it as described in this policy.
12Children
CollabFlow is for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.
13Changes and contact
We may update this policy. When we make important changes we will update the date at the top and, where appropriate, notify you on the site or by email.
