1Delete your whole account (fastest)
- Log in at https://primeseller.in/login/.
- Creators: open Edit profile. Brands: open Brand account.
- Scroll to Your data & privacy and click Delete my account, then confirm with your password.
Your account, profile, photos, Instagram data and conversations are deleted immediately and you receive a confirmation code. Tip: click Download my data first if you want a copy.
2Remove only your Instagram data
Option A, on CollabFlow: go to Edit profile → Instagram Insights → Disconnect. We delete your Instagram access token and every Instagram number, reel and Insight we stored, right away.
Option B, in Instagram: open Instagram → Settings and activity → Website permissions → Apps and websites, find CollabFlow and tap Remove. Instagram notifies us automatically and we delete your Instagram data. You can check the result below with the confirmation code Instagram shows you.
3Ask us by email or phone
Can't log in? Contact sachinshakya404@gmail.com or call / WhatsApp +91 80772 07297 from the email on your account (or tell us your Instagram username) and say "Delete my data". We confirm and complete the request within 30 days, usually within 48 hours.
4What gets deleted
- Account details (name, email, phone, city, bio, prices, brand details)
- Profile photo and reels you added
- Instagram access token, Insights, follower counts and reels pulled from Instagram
- Your conversations, messages and reports
We may keep a minimal record that a deletion happened (the confirmation code and date) and anything we're legally required to keep. Copies in backups are overwritten within 30 days.
