Why can't I connect my Instagram?
You need an Instagram Business or Creator account (free to switch in Instagram → Settings → Account type and tools). Log in to Instagram as the account you want to connect, then try again.
Do you post on my Instagram?
Never. Our access is read-only Insights. We can't post, comment, message or change anything.
Is CollabFlow free?
Yes. Listing a profile, browsing and messaging are free for creators and brands, with no commission.
How do I delete my data?
Go to Edit profile or Brand account → Your data & privacy → Delete my account. More options are on our Data deletion page.
Can creators outside India join?
Yes. Creators and brands from any country can sign up and connect Instagram.
