Terms of Service

01Agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and PrimeSeller (“we”, “us”), which runs Prime AutoDM at primeseller.in. By creating an account or connecting Instagram, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use Prime AutoDM for a business, you confirm that you are allowed to accept these terms on its behalf.

02The service

Prime AutoDM lets Instagram professional accounts (Business or Creator) reply automatically to comments and direct messages that match keywords you choose. It can send private replies, public comment replies, and product cards with links. Features may change as we improve the product and as Instagram changes its platform.

03Your account

• You must be at least 18 and give accurate sign-up information.
• Keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Connect only Instagram accounts that you own or are authorised to manage.

04Acceptable use

You agree not to use Prime AutoDM to:

• send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or misleading, abusive or illegal content;
• promote prohibited goods or services, scams, or phishing links;
• harass, impersonate or collect data about people beyond what the service needs;
• get around Instagram limits, or reverse-engineer or overload our systems.

We may review automations before they go live and may pause any automation that breaks these rules.

05Instagram rules

You must also follow Instagram’s Terms of Use and Community Guidelines. Instagram limits automated messaging. For example, a private reply can be sent only once per comment and within 7 days of it, and other messages only within 24 hours of the person’s last message. Prime AutoDM is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Instagram or Meta. Instagram may change or restrict its API at any time, which can affect the service.

06Plans and payments

• Some features may be free during early access. Paid plans and prices are shown on our Pricing page.
• Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. Plans are one-time payments for a fixed period and do not renew automatically.
• Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• If you were charged by mistake or the service did not work for you, contact us within 7 days of payment and we will review a refund fairly.

07Your content

You own your reply templates, images and product details. You allow us to store and send them only to run your automations. You are responsible for making sure your content and links are lawful and accurate.

08Availability

We work to keep Prime AutoDM running smoothly but cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Messages may be delayed or not delivered because of Instagram outages, API limits, or settings on the recipient’s account.

09Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost sales or action taken by Instagram against your account. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

10Ending your account

You can disconnect Instagram or close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put the service or other users at risk. After closure, your data is handled as described in our Data Deletion and Privacy pages.

11Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India have jurisdiction over any dispute. We may update these terms and will tell you about significant changes by email or in your dashboard.
