Is this allowed by Instagram?
Yes. It uses Instagram's official messaging API, the same one large brands use. You log in on Instagram and approve access; we never see your password.
What kind of account do I need?
An Instagram Business or Creator account. Switching is free in the Instagram app under Settings → Account type and tools.
How fast are replies sent?
Usually within a few seconds of the comment or message.
Can I send images and buy buttons?
Yes. Add a product card with an image, title, price line and a button that opens any link, like your store, course page or payment link.
Will I be charged automatically?
No. Every plan is a one-off payment through Razorpay. We email you a few days before your plan ends so you can renew if you want to.
What happens if my plan ends?
Your automations pause and nothing is deleted. Renew any time and they start again.
