These terms apply to everyone who uses Creatorbazaar, including creators who list a profile and businesses who browse profiles. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to them.

1. What Creatorbazaar does

Creatorbazaar is a directory where Instagram creators publish a profile with their category, audience numbers, reels and rates, and where businesses can find and contact them. Creatorbazaar is not a party to any deal between a creator and a business, does not handle payments between them, and is not responsible for the work delivered or for payment.

2. Creator accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create a creator account.
  • You may only list an Instagram account that you own or are authorised to represent.
  • The numbers you enter (followers, views, likes and comments) must be accurate and taken from your own recent posts. Engagement rate and reach tier are calculated from the numbers you provide.
  • Keep your profile up to date. You can edit or hide it at any time from Edit profile.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done through your account.

3. Businesses using the directory

Profile information is provided by creators. We do not guarantee that it is complete or accurate, so please check a creator’s Instagram account directly before agreeing to work together. Contact creators respectfully and only about genuine collaboration offers.

4. Content you add

You keep ownership of your photos, bio and reel links. By adding them, you allow Creatorbazaar to display them on your public profile and in the creators directory. Do not add anything that is false, misleading, offensive, or that belongs to someone else.

5. Removing profiles

We may hide or remove any profile that breaks these terms, contains false numbers, or is reported for misuse. You can ask us to delete your account and data at any time by contacting us.

6. Your data

We store the details you enter at signup to run your account and show your profile. Your email address and password are never shown publicly. We do not sell your personal information.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use Creatorbazaar after a change means you accept the updated terms.
